We are a Christian Multiple Sclerosis group. This group was founded in 2001 by eight Christians who came together because of their diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. It is important as believers to encourage and support each other, in this way we honor a basic principle of Christian community. In this group we share our questions and experiences of MS and other Neurological illnesses; plus we share our love for the Lord Jesus Christ and our prayer request. Often when people are under great stress, due to illness or some other reason, the only thing that they may hear is what's wrong in life. I pray that this group will lift you up and encourage you in your journey through life with MS.May God bless you greatly! MS treats everyone with the disease differenty some troubles that go with MS are Bladder Dysfunction, Bowel Dysfunction, Cognitive Function, Dizziness and Vertigo, Depression and other Emotional Changes, Fatigue, Difficulty in Walking, Abnormal sensations such as Numbness or “pins and needles”, Pain, Sexual Dysfunction, Spasticity, Vision Problems Their are also some other minor troubles that go with MS.Some different types of MS meds used: Copaxone, Rebif, Avonex, Beteseron, NavantroneAlso discussed Alternative way's to treat MS. Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and with diet.We would like for you to join our group and let us know about your MS and what kinds of trouble you have with it. We are also a good source for new people to MS to learn more about the disease. We hope you make some new friends here.
