Thanks, but "goodfountain" posted the blog link. Wish I could take credit!!! She posted the pudding, I posted the brownies. Either way, you're sure to win. :) TracieHaven't had a chance to try the pudding yet -- but I'm sure my son will be thrilled. Hi AllI had a quick question about the natural cacao powder (Cocoa powder). I came across this article stating that raw cacao powder is harmful. However, others seem to say it is one of the best antioxidants. http://www.living-foods.com/articles/cacaoagaveinfo.pdfhttp://www.living-foods.com/articles/toxiccacao.htmlCurrently, I am using Hershey's Special Dark (mix of Natural Cocoa powder and Dutch Cocoa Powder) for the avocado pudding. Everybody in my household loves the pudding but not sure which form of Cocoa I need to use. Some of the articles do state that the dutch process kills the antioxidants and natural cocoa is better. However, we need to be careful abt getting the right brand of natural cocoa powder as the Cocoa beans have attract plenty of microbes and the manufacturer needs to be careful in removing the microbes of the beans.I was going to buy the Nuvitas Organic Cacao powder from Amazon but upon some research after reading one of the comments, I stumbled across the article above.Does any of the gorup members have any ideas abt the right cocoa powder that can be safely used without causing harm to my lil on'es body inadvertently?ThanksRam.To: miralax From: ctaj10@...Date: Mon, 10 May 2010 20:04:10 -0500Subject: Re: Re: Sneaky Chocolate pudding
