Guest guest
I wouldn't rush out and start pulling teeth, I've had some removed and still have pain, I think it's linked to Bart/Lyme for me, the spiro's like hanging out in the dental area, especially the jaw bone and effect the cranial nerves. Cold laser helps, or possibly a zapper or coil/rife that area. My teeth hurting are one of my biggest problems. Some ND say there's meridians under different teeth and when root canaled teeth (dead teeth) are there it blocks those areas of energy. If they are very back molars, you can have them removed and don't have to replace them, as long as you have one remaining molar to chew with, you'll be okay. Ironically, I just came back from the dentist (my teeth were hurting, very sensitive) they brushed some bonding on some teeth to relieve the pain, and then they used a cold laser on the teeth, it relaxes the nerve endings, actually doesn't hurt as much anymore for the time being! I want to see if I can purchase a laser to use specifically on my jaw/teeth to relieve pain. I think dental herbs/mouthwashes are great, but they don't get deep under the gum area to where the spiros are hanging out. I haven't figured out yet, what does, possibly rifing/coiling? I used a castor oil pack the other day on my jaw w/a heating pad, the area has felt a little better for awhile. I have two root canals, years old, both of which hurt whenever my immune system is active, suggesting infection. (they're like a thermometer for how well my immune system is doing.) But I don't know how well I would handle any dental surgery or replacements or anything. One fatigue doctor I saw said although they might contribute to problems, taking them out doesn't seem to help people much. He suggested using antibacterial herbs on my gums, like this Chinese herb blend, or for that matter, goldenseal tincture which kills a lot of mouth pathogens. - On Tue, Feb 15, 2011 at 12:35 PM, T Walters wrote: The problem is that it IS bothering me. I had it done 3 months ago and it's begun to ache in the past week or so. That suggests a possible infection. I've read a lot about teeth with root canals being the source of many physical problems, not just dental problems. I saw my integrative medicine doctor yesterday, and he suggested I see my dentist to examine the problem. I have that appointment this afternoon, but will have to be chauffeured as I'm too weak to drive. I did have one root canalled tooth extracted years ago. I'd never do that again unless it was absolutely the only way. The biological dentist used muscle testing and told me that the tooth needed to be removed. He said it was the source of my physical problems, and that I wouldn't need to replace it with anything. I'd already had all the mercury removed long before, so this was the only remaining issue. But he was wrong. None of my physical problems cleared up, and the tooth did need to be replaced. It was a first molar, and a big gaping hole there meant that the adjacent teeth as well as the one above began to malocclude. I ended up having an implant which brought over a year of problems as my body rejected it. About $3k later I had the implant removed and a bridge installed, another $3k. So I know what a problem dental issues can be.
