Yes, I have chest pain, I had FM for a long time before the chest pain started

but now it seems to be here to stay. Mine hurts mostly when I move, so far only

slight pain at rest... but I take a lot of painkillers on a regular basis.

I have always had back pain when standing or walking, but recently I stood up

and had a tremendous ripping hot pain across my lower back. Since then I have

had a continuous pain in my lower back which is different from the pain I feel

on standing.

I fear with FM we can expect pain anywhere and just have to be glad when it is

absent for a while from any spot.

Yep, I have it too.....left side predominate. Scared me out of my

wits when it first started, thought it was my heart. I had my heart

checked out and it is fine..so must be the fibromyalgia; or the

costochondritis. Mine hurts almost all the time, though I do have

short periods of respite from it. But, even when it isn't " actively

hurting " my chest feels like it is " stiff " or if I could just give

it a good enough stretch it would feel much better. I'd love to be

able to see what it would do if I took some pain meds...perhaps when

I find a new doc I'll be able to see!!!!!! :)

Blessings,

All of that was why they did such tests on me, when it hits I can not

move becasue of the pain, and then after it passes I just am soooo

tired. but as I said I had test run on me that they don't normally do

and they found nothing... I think thats a good thing, ha Jackie

violently. I also have two stents and have had three angioplasties.
