I really have to watch my fat. I've worked too hard to lose this weight to

gain it back. Being off one of the BP medicines and also the diabetes

medicine is much more important to me than the pork rinds. I will have my

tacos tonight though. Last Saturday night, after eating the 2 tacos, my

reading was 112. I'm not complaining about that.

not just me either, my cat loves them!!! we sometimes eat them with cream

cheese too!!! LOL today I had some with melted cheddar on them, and

yesterday tuna and celery.

Well, I didn't have any cheese left, so I dipped em in vanilla

yogurt. That was good!!!!!!
