Dishes you should be fine with, sweeping(like kitchen floor) you should be able to do. But laundry,,,NO lifting (sorry) Get the boys to pack them to the washer maybe. Let me WARN ya, from my veiw point, DON'T think vacuming is easy. Next time you vacum pay attention to how much you use stomach muscles(same with making a bed). I hate for the carpet to get dirty and caught myself trying to vacum a few times, I decided real fast I wasn't going to take that chance. Just take it easy but light housework should be OK. Hire that housekeeper to come in 1 or 2 times during first week or 2. It will be money well spent. Your boys and " the bell " brought a smile to my face. They will be a big help.
