Guest guest
Tommie, I quit taking statins over a year ago and just started taking 4,000 mg of fish oil and 50 mg of Co-enzyme Q-10 daily. It is supposed to help with the cholesterol. The doctors won't listen to you when you tell them you have muscle damage from the statins. I'm too damn big to have trouble walking and it didn't happen till I took the statins. They keep saying you need to take your Simvastatin and I tell them to %@$* off!
