Guest guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Share Posted September 26, 2006 OK - have been doing a lot of research here - and am looking into why I am having so much pain in my fusion - the doc says it because the vertebrae are moving, and that is causing the pain - BUT - my spine was fused in 1986 - so they should not be moving. That is when I ran into the info about Pseudoarthrosis - which basically means that fusion did not properly heal - it is in fact not fused!! Has any one out their dealt with this issue - or anyone have any other insights that may want to share with me on this? Thanks a bunch.
