I am working on a project that involves developing a state of the art

customer relations program for a rehab clinic. I wonder if anyone has any

models or materials that they would be willing to share. The focus will be

on all staff that come in contact with the patient - clerical and clinical.

This is such an important area for most clinics that I thought we should be

sure not to re-invent the wheel.
