Faith, that is wonderful! Im so glad she doesnt have HD, honestly it is quite the trial for my son and our family. I realize this leaves you wondering though! Dont give up on pushing for answers. Did they use a surgeon or was it your gastro? There are also other tests to show motility issues. My son never had these but there have been some in this group that have. It just cant end with them saying....miralax. That is not the answer, only a bandage that can make things worse. Thanks for letting us know, I have been wondering! Sorry if we have already discussed this, but have you avoided tap water, takin constipating foods out, added cultured foods, add vitamin C, etc etc. Is she regularly backed up or is this on occaission etc? Jennie,I just wanted to let you know my dd's biopsies were normal and that she does not have HD. However they want us to go back on miralax but we are not.We are using milk of mag right now and I am considering other options. We are also in the mean time trying to find her a new doc that we can afford. She sees this GI in 6 wks just for a check up and that will most likely be her last visit. I just wanted to give you a quick update.Faith

Jennie, She is always backed up. I have tried many of those things. I am getting ready to start the vit c. It was her gastro that did the procedure. We are gonna keep trying .FaithTo: miralax Sent: Wed, February 17, 2010 2:58:02 PMSubject: Re: jennie

Faith, I would download the 1403 FDA adverse reactions and ask them if they've seen these?
