Hi Jodie,

Sounds like a herx... Yes, this would be a good sign... You want your health to

worsen after a treatment... Just be careful of those herxes! You do work all

week and you can easily get behind a tough herx that can keep you in bed for

days!! Respect the Coil!

Take care,

Jim

Going to stop for a week or so and then try again. Thanks, !

15 sec and no die-off. Next day (per it was okay to do if no die-off noted)

did 45 sec. No die off yet. Might try 1 minute and 15 seconds today. Sure am

hoping to see some kind of a reaction. Could be my load is either in cyst form

or just the random pattern it is for me (gets really bad, then mysteriously goes

away, leaving only a few symptoms behind). He suggested no supplements that

would potentially put the lyme into cyst form, so I've stopped the oil of

Oregano and any other herbs that are meant to help treat. When he did his

coiling, he didn't take anything that would interfere (wanted to do it

scientifically) What has anyone else's experience been with starting, does it

depend from person to person how much time it will take to show a die-off? This

is all very interesting to me.

Hi e,

It is always tough to tell if you get mild symptoms, but since you did not have

them before you Coiled, this probably is a herx... You may wish to kick up your

next session time and see if you can worsen these symptoms.. If so, then most

likely a herx...
