Guest guest
Hi Tracie, Capsules and chewables have the same variety of fruits and veggies in the Orchard Blend and Garden Blend, resp. The past 17 years of clinical research on JP+ capsules has shown excellent results. However, JP+ Complete was developed as a " meal replacement " . It does contain fruit and veggie powders, but not the full daily recommendation. JP+ Complete is available in vanilla and chocolate. I have been making smoothies for several years. I find the vanilla most versatile for any time of day. Typically, I add a blend of water and rice milk with a banana, ground flax seed, frozen blue & strawberries as well as other fresh fruit on hand to make it delicious for my family. On occasion, our family has enjoyed JP+ Complete chocolate with a banana and peanut butter for lunch. I do recommend trying the capsules or chewables to anyone starting out to provide balanced nutrition on a daily basis. Proper hydration is key to getting optimal benefits from the capsules. The recommendation for proper hydration is half your body weight in ounces; ie. A 100lb person should drink 50oz of water daily. I hope that you find this information helpful.
