Guest guest Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 Yikes! I was just told by our nutritionist that both my son and I need to go gluten-free for 6-8 months. Through saliva testing, our IgA numbers were way too high. What does " gluten-free " mean? I know some of you are gluten free and I could really use some help with this. Where do I start? What does it mean? Where is gluten found - I know in bread products, but anywhere else? If you want to email me off- list, since this is not really related to miralax, I'm okay with that.
