Dear Mr Sanjay

There are frames with side shield available with few opticians,you need to fix powered glasses in to it.We got it made for our employees few years back from Gangar Opticians,Vashi,Navi Mumbai. At Ahmedabad it should be easily available at major optical store.

The Possibility of providing a side shield to the existing goggle is the

expectation of Mr sanjay.---I dont think that is a good choice. Well if

you ave too many then you may think of it, but i beleive there are no

suppliers for that.

But we are getting prescribed goggles for the use of a person. This

is done by getting the power for each of the individual and then send to

suppliers who supply the prescribed glass.

I may be able to give the supplier address if interested.

I believe its a good thing to have side shields to existing goggles also. It is worn by people of some companies but I am not sure from whom they get it done. But as to powered goggles there are a few companies who manufacture the same. UMEX is one of them. MSA

makes the goggles with powered lenses (you can select a model with side shield),

but will cost you around 1000 Rs. It will have all the properties like impact

resistance, chemical resistance etc as a regular goggle. But you have to decide

whether it is affordable. You can contact any MSA dealer in your area.
