It's okay for them to take it personally as long the dispatchers don't. I've

learned over the years that when people cuss, rant and rave they are mad at a

situation and when I just let them scream yell cuss or whatever they want

they feel better. Do I take it personally -heck no. I stilll even sleep at

night. But then againg I'm not a dispatcher yet. But have been cussed at a

lot.
