Use Of Interns

we are considering the use of interns here at our center and i was wondering

if any of the 9-1-1 centers represented on the list are using interns at

their dispatch centers? If so, how many hours do you require from the

intern per week? Is it a good program, poor program, why or why not? Have

you gone out and recruited interns or have they come to you? what kind of

duties do you assign to them? any information and experience would be

appreciated.
