Guest guest
I think that the key is held with how these files are sent. I have a brother and father with AOL, and they continue to have problems if I try to put a picture or something in the e-mail, because their e-mail doesn't recognize HTML files sent as e-mail. If I instead use the option "include file as an attachment," rather than as part of the body of the message, then it seems to work better. I don't know what the deal is with AOL that won't allow it to read email any other way. Those of us with Outlook Express don't seem to have any problems. Guy Terry technical question Many of you post files in the MIM format. Some of these will download into Word or WordPerfect on my computer with no problem. Others turn out to be unreadable -- a long series of letters, etc. Can one of you technogeeks tell me how to make all of these files readable? I think this question may have been addressed several months ago, but I can't find the posting. Help!
