I am catching up on my emails and had to write - My doctor told me to take

magnesium for my leg cramping. I was having them constant every single day.

One night I was one big charlie horse from the waist down - ouch ! ! ! Dr

said it could take up to 3 months, but within days I was having relief. I

bet I have only had two cramps in the past 3 years. My girl frien tried it

with the same results. I did switch to mag with malic acid and I changed

from taking it in the evening before bed rather than in the a.m. I sleep

better since. I also take it with pure tart cherry juice. IT works for me

to the point that I have no plans of ever stopping.
