We have done internal housekeeping audit by 5 members housekeeping team in which our criteria is team leader must be completed PDIS. Total 5 teams and 25 members involved in housekeeping. Each team has 1) from safety Dept. ( Team Leader ) 2) Production manager / Sr. Manager 3) Plant in charge 4) Engineering Dept. 5) Production Supervisor Previously we were changing our checklist two times in Past. But all plant score comes above 90% since a year. So again, we want to change our checklist and try to implement 5S concept in Housekeeping. Pl. guide me for implement 5S concept.
