Guest guest
Hi everyone, Thought I would give you an update and drop in and say hi. Well I ahve been busy studying, a little too busy at it actually, so much in fact that I had to stop, I was getting sharp pain in my left arm, felt weak and also felt like I was going to faint yesterday. So I took a good break and watched some TV with my hubby. I felt much better later on. Also had a bubble bath. :-) On the exercise front I haven't been doing much at all, just been too busy, but with my exam on Friday I should be doing more. I think I might have to do a tape in the mornings to make it easier on me. Hope everyone is well. Take care Michxxx
Guest guest
Charlotte, You have a great outlook! I, too, was active growing up. Competitive gymnatstics and soccer, ran track, played soccer until I was 30 or so. Worked out and lifted weights...the " whole 9 yards " so I can empathize with the changes in your life. It is amazing what I took for granted until I could no longer do it. You are an inspiration also.!! Guest guest
WTG! I bet your daughter is really cute! Charlotte " Housework is so tedious. You do the dishes, make the beds, and three weeks later you have to do it all over again. " Unknown -- workout report I am reporting in 30 minutes of taebo. My muscles are still complaining from Saturdays workout! Those roundhouse kicks just about did me in. My 3 y/o dd came in during the cool down and started stretching with me. She shows everyone how we do taebo at home. She's a hoot.
