I do Weight Watchers in combination to my workouts. I'm looking to do WW

with fitness in mind so if anyone knows the best things and ways to eat that

will

increase my weighloss and increase my muslce tone please let me know. Also

I'm looking for a good routine. I was doing BFL using my Firm Videos in

conguntion with my Tae-Bo and Step for cardio but if there is something

better

please also let me know this.
