Christa,

I agree WIP is a very professional, reliable compounding pharmacy.

I've used several in the past, and WIP was the best.

I have called them twice and they are so extraordinaryily helpful,

knowledgeable, and professional. My local compounders I feel are

greedy and unprofessional. They have screwed up my Rx's three times

and wanted me to pay for the messed up ones - so it's high time I

ditch them . who has time to chase after mistakes? give them the WIP

call maybe - they may have good rec about detoxing form this big

mistake. www.womensinternational.com

The new pharmasist says that it should leave my body within a week and

i'm going to feel very bad for a while.I had started on the T alone,

as directed by the doc, felt bad after 3 days and stopped. then

started the E, felt better, so i added the T every other day until

yesterday when i found everything out. Val, you have a good point. the

" new " pharmacist was hesitant to have me direct my anger at the

younger inexperienced pharmacist simply because the company " pharmaca "

is a bad model for training pharmacists. if you google compounding

training and pharmaca online, you'll see a job hunt offering pharmacy

jobs to new grads who will get 4 days of training on compounding...

the " new " pharmacist said that was like learning to fly a plane in 4

days...suddenly you're a pilot for a major airline... so as angry as i

am at her, i should direct it at the capitalist system founded by the

owner to who set up these franchises to make a quick buck on a trend

that is happening in our healthcare. only it takes a very experienced

person to do compounding. so i think the board direction is a good

approach. i'm also going to write the letter to the corporate office

and copy the state board while lodging a complaint. or do something

along that line. i have to examine the pros and cons of all my options

before i act. right now, i'm furious (mostly in part due to T raging

through me) and i need to let things cool before i act. I will act,

but it will be on less anger and better rationale.thanks for the

advice ladies. i have a pounding headache. i'm going to go eat a

tastey lunch and drink lots of water and vitamins, take the day off

from work, lounge on the sofa and watch stupid TV...ps. anyone

know if sweating (like in a Bikram yoga class) or drinking lots of

water can flush this transdermal cream out any faster? My heart hurts

too much to do yoga today, but maybe tomorrow...thought i'd ask if

anyone knew how to detox this stuff.>> I

suggest you look for a state pharma board and lodge a complaint.> > I
