Guest guest
I don't blame you for taking a couple days off after the accident. Way to jump back on track and congrats on the car!! Darcy workout report 21 minutes. I haven't worked out since the accident, but I didn't lose any time. I'm happy. Got a new car today. A forest Green 02 Saturn. Nice car. Husband seems to be very happy with it. Charlotte " Housework is so tedious. You do the dishes, make the beds, and three weeks later you have to do it all over again. Guest guest
23 minutes. I found out that I'm doing exactly what I'm suppose to be doing as far as exercising, as well as not trying to do too much. I felt lazy because I wasn't getting as much done as I would have liked but I read an article by a Dr. that talked about that people with my illness need to exercise every day or they feel worse. And he talked about how a person needs to know when they are reaching the limits of thier energy to stop. I do, and I do. I wish, however, that I had an impulse to clean the entire house (and the energy) and not just parts like I do now. I'm getting better, tho' and I'm training my husband to help me. Routine helps. I try to have a consistent routine. However, I do know that without Taebo, I wouldn't be doing half as well as I m doing now. So thanks for all the encouragement from my pep squad! (YOU know who you are...Yes, I see you! I am still progressing and my time is increasing now that I changed the intensity level. I hope to get the time up to an hour and then increase the intensity back up to where it was. Slowwwwwwly, yes, very slowwwwwwly...... Charlotte " Housework is so tedious. Guest guest
Charlotte, I'm new here so don't know much about your history but I, myself, have chronic neck pain (2 mildly herniated discs), carpal tunnel and daily headaches. For 2 years I didn't workout due to being depressed. The best thing I ever did was stumble across and Taebo. With him, I realized that working out did help me feel better mentlaly and physically and to realize that I may have limits as to what I can do. I do not have to be Ms. Olympia or a top athlete, etc.; my job is just to be the best me that I can be. And if that means 10 minutes of exercise one day and 30 the next, so be it. It took me quite a few years to figure that out; it sounds like you are on the right track. Colleen > 23 minutes.
