Worked out 20 minutes with Kathy Hunter's Kickboxing workout, also one

exercise from the 5 day abs....tough workout. Tomorrow I have the intro

workout for the Bag, I should be able to do about 1/2 hour on that. It's a

slower workout with lots of pauses for explanations. I can feel I'm making

progress even tho' it's slow, I got further on this tape than I did the time

before. The goal for the rest of the month is to do at least 20 minutes each

workout. It's only a few more minutes that what I was doing before. And that

is really close to being finished on the tape. So I'm within grabbing

distance of finishing a Tae-bo tape. Within weeks, I guess.

So.....how long before I can do advanced. :)?
