Another twist has been added to the tragic Miami incident.The toxicology

report states the victims blood alcohol was 1.0.The legal limit in Florida

is .08. Have'nt been able to find out if the authorities released the report

or a journalist leaked it.WSVN Channel 7 (the National Enquirer of the

airwaves)began reporting the levels on the six pm news.
