Guest guest Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 Good morning ladies, About 3 yrs. ago I want to a group that provided a food plan that had us write down our food every day, call it in to a sponsor daily and eliminate all sugar, flour, caffeine and alcohol. It is a 12 step program. They give you a food plan and you weigh your food every day. I have been able to maintain my weight after losing it over 2 yrs. ago by basically staying on the same eating plan. I felt full most of the time and lost cravings after a few weeks.
