Good morning ladies,

About 3 yrs. ago I want to a group that provided a food plan that had

us write down our food every day, call it in to a sponsor daily and

eliminate all sugar, flour, caffeine and alcohol. It is a 12 step

program. They give you a food plan and you weigh your food every day.

I have been able to maintain my weight after losing it over 2 yrs. ago

by basically staying on the same eating plan. I felt full most of the

time and lost cravings after a few weeks.

If anyone is interested in the name of the program; they are throughout

the United States and it is free of charge, e-mail me and I will share

the details with you.
