I have read that it has been proven through research that watching too much television is a contributor to being overweight. I think people who watch more than just a couple of hours of TV per week, were more likely to be overweight. I have found that increased computer time as well as TV watching makes me lazy, too. So you are right on point. I am finding with my decreased TV watching that I am finding more interesting things to do anyway. If nothing else, I am doing more to neaten and beautify my home and to do TAE BO!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work! Tae Bo Love Tyra MY TAEBO GOAL The time I spend at home on the computer is going to be Taebo time. I also cut out my expanded cable tv and went back to basic. I want no excuse to not exercise like sitting in front of the tv snacking or sitting in front of my computer snacking. This might seem drastic to some people but I want to get in shape and these two things...my television and my computer...make me lazy. I want to get up and moving and today I did that for the first time in a long time.I have decided sitting in front of a tv or a computer is fat's best friend.
