workout report

The last week and half has been bad. First I worked very hard for 4 days, so

I slept for 2 (and felt really, really bad), then I had one good day, then I

worked hard for 3 more days and slept an day and half and felt bad for 2

more. Yesterday I felt normal again, so I got my house back in shape, and

the laundry done up, and today I worked out for 15 minutes, not going all

out, so I could have done more but I like to ease back into working out when

it's been more than a couple of days. But, I like that 15 minutes didn't

feel like an all out marathon. It was a nice, warm up the body, stretch out,

get a little sweaty kind of thing. I can remember when I couldn't even do

15 minutes at all. (I know, I know, I keep bringing that up, but it helps me

to remember how far I've come so I don't have to repeat the climb. :)
