I quit when he started doing double time round house kicks and that was the last exercise before the " cool-down " (which I did). I also did a five day stretch from The Firm and 1Abomenial exercise from the Five day ab. Not one day, one exercise. Not to critique the Firm people, but I think you have to be already thin and flexible to be able to do thier exercises. I think I'm going to keep looking for more of a beginner routine.....and a beginner stretch program. Or maybe.....I'll just keep trying until I can do them. I think I like the second option better. I'm still a silly goose but almost out of wimphood. You know, ....it's not september yet.....I just might reach the goal after all! That'd be cool.
