11 minutes. The floor work got me. I've figured out that when the work

involves the legs (big muscles) I tire out more easily than I do when it's

more arm work. I did a bit of stretching and a little teeny bit abs.

(meaning I did 1 set of two different excercises--guess whose abs are a tad

weak?) My sleep has gotten better since I figured out what was causing the

problem. That will affect the energy level too. Also, I'm a bit nicer to be

around. :)

All in all, things are going well. I know that I'm improving because I do

more on each tape as I do it. I'm just about through my Basic set for the

second time.

I do take Fridays and Saturdays off. Fridays because that's my busiest

day--I do shopping, and hence a lot of walking, and Saturday--I take off

because I'm resting up from Friday. LOL.

What are the rest of ya'll up to?
