Hi everyone!

I just joined ta-bo_on and wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Kris and I have been doing Tae-Bo for almost 2 1/2 years. My

story is a long one, but in short when I started Tae Bo, I started losing

right away, but my progress started to slow and eventually come to a

standstill after about a year. Despite the lack of major body changes/weight

changes I kept on working out with Tae Bo for about 8 months on a major

plateau. Then a good friend of mine suggested diet was to blame. So I

changed up my diet and started watching my calories, and still kept on

working out with tae bo and i immediately started to see the weight and body

changes again. I have lost about 80 pounds so far and am getting closer to

my goal then I have ever been before.

I am fairly strict with myself and I workout 5-6 days a week with different

tae bo advanced tapes/dvds. I am also a stay-at-home/work-at-home mom to 2

little ones, ages 4 and 3!

Thanks so much for taking the time to read my intro. I am so glad to have

found this group & I look forward to meeting you all!
