Guest guest Posted August 6, 2003 Report Share Posted August 6, 2003 I thought today that perhaps it is my " before Taebo " work that is keeping me from working out longer in Tae-bo...so I only did Tae-bo today and I had to stop at 14 minutes. So I guess it is endurance that I have the hardest problem with right now. As long as the exercises are easy, I can do more, it s when it's more energetic that I have a problem....mmmm. I'm a bit discouraged at this but I have to keep reminding myself, I started at 1 minute workouts. Then 2 minutes and so on, by the end of April I was at 5 minutes. End of may about 10...so I've been stuck here for the last 2 months, but it's been a rough month last month...I missed more days than I meant to. So perhaps staying the same, isn't so bad. I mean I could have gone back to having to start at 1 minute again. I do think I'm going to start adding the " cool-down " at the end, it's easy enough....so I could count another 3 minutes or so.....So this month's goal is 20 minutes....I fear I'm not going make the whole tape as I orginally hoped.
