Guest guest
Dear Penny, I saw your calendar. What a nice picture. My heart goes out to you for your loss. I lost Mister MacGreggor last Christmas, a BIG giant miniature mountain lion. (He looked a lot like one anyway). My pets are my family, and I can much better deal with being sick than I can deal with any of them ever being sick. I think Mister died from liver disease as well. He had a " binking " habit where he suckled on a blanket. Over the years, he went through three of these things, because his tongue ripped fibers from the blanket, and he swallowed them. Later I found out that plastic can be very very toxic to the liver from the TV show " my strange addiction " (a teenage girl was told to stop eating plastic silverware, after her liver was found to be severely enlarged because of the poly styrene.) Those blankets Mister ate were polyester. My wife is still crying over him. My other cat , " Bean " only recently began to sit on my lap again. He spent all winter and all summer looking for Mister MacGreggor all through the house, and crying. You and your husband look very nice with . I wish you comfort. Love, Bobby PS,our new cat, Rasputin has made things much easier for me, and though I still feel sad for Mister MacGreggor, my hand and heart are full taking care of this baby cat, we call Raspie, Spee, and Beesp.  ________________________________ To: livercirrhosissupport Sent: Monday, November 21, 2011 6:31 PM Subject: Re: I would like to share  Thanks Bobby and everybody. Guest guest
Penny We got one of those little urns for a very favored pet when he died. One day here in the RV I was going into just about panic mode. I couldn't find the urn. Well, nobody needs to hide anything from me, because I'd never remember where it is. ________________________________ Hi Bobby, Thanks again. If I didn't have my other pets, it would be so much harder. We just took in a kitten about a month ago and we have 3 other cats and another Shih Tzu. The kitten has an upper respiratory infection and eye infection that I am treating right now. Fritz, our other Shih Tzu, has been sad too. was his buddy. is coming home today. The vet called and said her ashes and the cute little ern we picked out is ready to be picked up. I'm thinking about getting a necklace with a little locket type thing so I can carry part of her ashes next to my heart at all times. We will probably get another dog after the holidays for Fritz. He seems so lonely and confused. He started chasing his tail a couple of days after passed, and he's never done that before. It is so hard to lose a pet, and many people don't get another pet after they pass away, but I think about all the animals who need a home and I'd rather adopt them and give them a good life than to worry about the pain of losing them. Guest guest
My really old cat was coming to her end last spring. I had my great-granddaughter here and she told me. So, I picked him up, brought him to the bedroom and stroked him until he gently left. However, we'd had another cat at the last place and I'd felt terrible leaving him there. That was going to be his new home. But, just like a cat, he did not adopt that family. So, we picked him up when Buddy died and of course, he's fit right in and the whole neighborhood here knows him. We think that he's keeping the mouse population down. Also, he'll go out and look for the dog if I seem worried. ________________________________  Dear Penny, I saw your calendar. Guest guest
It was not my great-granddaughter!!! H--l, I don't even have 1 grandchild yet. She is my great-niece and surrogate granddaughter. ________________________________  My really old cat was coming to her end last spring. I had my great-granddaughter here and she told me. So, I picked him up, brought him to the bedroom and stroked him until he gently left.
