My blood pressure has always been very low (last two readings after starting hormone supplements were 90/58 and 112/64. )

I have not had any edema issues - sometimes have water retention problem with trying to figure out my P intake(or currently no intake :/)

I dont get dizzy upon standing up. (taking p makes me dizzy)

and recently I have ditched all refined salt and using Celtic Sea salt exclusively now(only for about a month), but I probably only use about a 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon a day of the css. I dont find I crave much salt, and the css is so so satisfying.

I wonder whats going on with my really splotchy dark skin patches - which are only on my face?

Thanks so much for the input!
