16 minutes today with some Callentics. I realized as I was watching more of

the Video....I'm more than half-way now. About another 10 minutes or so and

I'm into the cool-down. And if I keep going at my current rate of 5 minutes

a month...then I'll be able to finish a basic work out in 2 months.... Okay,

so I'm easily amused. :)

I agree with someone else on this list, that I'd like to see more ab work

and more stretching. When I can do a basic workout, I think I'm going to add

a mini ab tape (like the 5 day firm) and a stretching tape. Then I'd feel

like I got a " total " workout and I' wouldn't have do the Callentics--which I

do for the stretching and the ab work--but some of it is hard on my knees.
