19 minutes on an easy workout. I took some pain killers before I worked out

and worked the shoulder gently. I had a little bit of pain but not too bad.

I did all of the stretch routine, and half of the abs. Getting better, I

guess. :) Glad to be back working out. Tomorrow is a bag workout. :)
