Guest guest
And I don't mean the type expected for men my age. I went through a lot of ct scans and X-rays 2 weeks ago, plus numerous other tests from blood labs to psych evals to be placed on the transplant list. It also has caused me a lot of stress waiting for the panel to hear my case. Also from the weight I was at with asceties to now lost a total of about 150lbs over about 12 months. My facial hair became patchy this week like a 14 year old who refuses to shave, so I just shaved my face. 2 days ago a patch was missing on my scalp also, so just shaved that too. Anyone with cirrhosis had this happen? I did have a fairly bad allergic reaction to the ct contrast dye. Radiation? Stress? Malnourished? I don't know and my liver team isn't sure either. They are sending me to my primary care doc unless I want to drive 10 hrs round trip for something cosmetic in there eyes. No new meds were started. Just wondered if any of you have had this or seen this. Thanks, Chris " I'm not young enough to still know everything "
