Guest guest
Just how long is this paper supposed to be? I'm wondering " what " about food additives she's writing on. Safety, lack of safety? Allergies? Individual reactions? What kinds of problems they cause. Where they are found? She could write an entire paper on JUST sulfites, or JUST dyes or " just " msg. This is a book topic actually, so once she starts her research, she may want to narrow her topic. She is writing a research paper on food additives and asked me to be a professional reference. I have not stayed up to date with this and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good resources for consumers (web or print will do) so I can pass on to her. Also, what are the additives in the spotlight right now? Are there any that we should be particularly concerned about? I have heard of the recent study linking additives to hyperactivity (at least).
