I'm going to get a bill from the radiologist ($49 I think) and I don't know whether I'll get a separate bill from Dr. Levin. My insurance pays for infertility testing, but Dr. Levin is not in my physician network since I live in Michigan. I would have had to pay a deductible so I would have ended up paying the whole thing even if I filed the claim. It's the end of the year and I still haven't met the deductible for out-of-network claims. Does that make sense? *LOL* It sounds like I'm rambling.
