I get stuck on this (*text*) in the following paragraph:

Collaborative, coordinated care requires the exchange of patient information,

including that obtained from remote monitoring, *image-intensive diagnostic* and

treatment devices, multiple specialists, pharmacies, and so on.

I'm tempted to simply use " diagnostic par imagerie " .

Any other idea?
