Charlotte " Write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year. " -- Re: workout report I found his web site: Here is a link to the workout videos. One ab and lower back, one hips, butt, thighs, total body, and a set of 4. Hope this helps: http://www.tonylittle.com/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=tl/prodbrws.html? lvl1=vid Beckie > > > > I went and looked into my library, and I've got Ultimate > Abs....It's over > > in the advanced section...I must have looked at it and decided that > it > > looked too hard for me. Guest guest
I use the stretching tape first as a warm up and the abs tape next....and then the Taebo. If I leave the Abs to last....I'd never do it....as I do the Tae-bo until I just can't do anymore. Charlotte " Write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year. " -- RE: workout report > I went and looked into my library, and I've got Ultimate > Abs....It's over > in the advanced section.. hi charlotte - ultimate abs surely is an advanced workout. its not just ab work but lots of cardio too. billy says that abs & glutes is advanced as well, but if you go at your own pace and do as many reps as you can then you can make the workout your own (as you should do with all workouts anyway). during my workout today billy kept stressing that him and the crew are just guides to help us on our way -- they dont expect us to be able to do every thing that they do right away if at all -- and that we are to modify the moves to suit us. so i know that you will keep this in mind for all of your workouts. and did you say that you are wanting to do your gut and butt work before your taebo? are you warming up first? i know that there are absolutely no warmups on the firms 5DAYABS. i suggest that you switch it around and do your taebo, then do your gut and butt. if you work your abs/glutes first then you are going in cold and can injure yourself but also you are tiring your abs/glutes so that they cant perform 100% during your cardio workout. your abs and glutes are used extensively during taebo (and cardio in general) to support the body. if you did your gut/butt after cardio then you should feel better about both activities, perform better and get better results. while you are doing your cardio activities, suck in your abs and squeeze your butt as much as possible for support and also for extra toning benefits. > I will look for the ABs and Glutes. It should only > be a 5 minute workout for me. well, hmmm... im thinking that 5DAYABS will be much better suited to what you want to do than anything else. *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Thanks. I think I played too much Civilization III. Feels like " Mouse Shoulder " . Or in pre-computer terms " Bursitis " ....I've had it before so I know what it is. Rest and drugs are the only thing to treat it. Guest guest
19 minutes but not on Tae-bo but on an easier Kickboxing routine. Would anyone have a problem with me doing another Kickboxing routine for a while? A less intensive one. I swear is better but he's a little too much for me. I promise I'll chant " Tae-bo rules. " under my breath as I do the other tape. I'm also going to try Yoga for a while. A little bit. I'm too stiff for some of the postures but most of them I can do. Charlotte " Housework is so tedious. Guest guest
Charlotte, You are doing awesome the way you are hanging in there! I think diversity is what we all need. I tried yoga once and didn't have the balance required. Course when I first started out doing TaeBo my youngest daughter (who tell's it like it is) told me I looked like a dork. I just laughed and asked her again after I had done it after a while and really worked on technique. She informed me I had improved....to a duck!! LOL KIDS!!! Keep on kicking no matter how or how much!! WTG Sam workout report 19 minutes but not on Tae-bo but on an easier Kickboxing routine.
