Guest guest Posted July 28, 2011 Report Share Posted July 28, 2011 Hi everyone, I finally am getting my IMP going and now have had about 50-60 visits. I have only been paid for 10. I have a billing company that tells me I can call all of those insurance companies and figure out why they aren't paying. Aren't they supposed to do that? On top of that, they don't seem to have a complete list of the claims I have turned in to them. They don't return emails and when I call I end up with more questions than I started with. So,I guess I should ditch them but my question is what exactly should a billing company be doing for me?
