Looking for some informaion

We are currently loking into creating and implementing a " Ride Along

Program " for our dispatchers.

This would include each of the following discipline in the field -

State Police

First Responder Units

Maintenance Units

Also, we would like to create and implement a " Sit In " program for the

field personnel to become familiar with the Operations Center and the job of

the dispatcher.

I would appreciate any information, comments, suggestions, pros and/or cons

from anyone on the list.

Would anyone be willing to share copies of current programs?
