Guest guest
Tell me if I'm missing something here.... I live in Illinois, about 20 miles from St. Louis. I go out in St. Louis to a bar, and consume only 3 beverages with my friend. We locked the keys in the car. No one wanted to help at the bar or parking lot. (calling a locksmith or whatever else) So, we found a cop at the gas station. He was a " St. Louis University Police " officer. He was pretty rude, didn't want to help and said to call 911. Immediately, we both were like " WHAT? " He said that is what they do in St. Louis..... So we went to a pay phone and done so. The 911 dispatcher was nice and said " That's what we used to do " ??????????????? Then she said I can transfer you to the fire department and " CLICK " ... transferred.... They couldn't help... anyway... I'm home so that got taken care of. What I'm getting at is that I can't believe a cop told me to dial 911 because I was locked out of my car. Terry M.
