Yep. You look great Meli! :-)

I finally got back to school. I actually have a class right now on the

History of Mexico. It is a great class and the teacher is amazing! She

is awesome. Hope your studies are going well too.

Best wishes,

I am new to taebo and this is my first post. I just started doing

taebo basics (but ready to move on to something more challenging)

and have lost 25 pounds in the last two months. I have about 35 more

to go to reach my goal weight.

Being not nearly as brave about photo posting as the rest of you, I

had to comment on your photos.

You photograph very well and are beautiful!

I have been overweight for the past 10 years or so. I have tried

various diets and exercises and my results were inconsistent.

I became attracted to taebo due to the whole change from within

aspect. What the mind can conceive the body can achieve. I really

admire 's philosophy and that is what sparked my interest.

I started doing taebo just a few months ago, and have seen fantastic

results. I also changed my eating habits at the same time and this

has helped.

I can feel the self-confidence building from inside of me. I feel

better about myself than I have in 10 years! I have set my goal

weight at what I weighed when I was 20 years old, it's a stretch but

I really think I can do it.

I got off to a slow start (started almost 3 months ago) but really

didn't get serious till the last 6 weeks or so and have lost 25

pounds! I'm at my lowest weight in 3 years now and am feeling great!

I have read many posts on this club in the past month or two and

really admire you all. This is one of the most upbeat and positive

message boards I have seen.

Wow Jack! That is so terrific how you have had such success with Taebo. I

know exactly what you mean about the power from within. Taebo does help you

grow from the inside out. It's such a powerful tool and it's a very useful

tool! I love it! And I am so glad that you have found that attraction for

Taebo! Keep it up....you will achieve! You will! Don't sell yourself short!

EVER! Go for it!
