Guest guest
Hi Ada, I though that by waiting over one hour to take my bg I would avoid the raise caused by dawn phenomenon? My bg's are pretty good but I am just worried as the bloods test for the Dr. are done early in the morning so it's not fair if it's my higher result of the day. Should be a good number. Then go back to bed and test as usual in am, If it is high, then your liver is trying to compensate. The only way to " cure " this is to get your sugars in tight control. The fasting takes longer to get better but it will with a little time. But if you keep your numbers bouncing during the day, then the fasting will continue to be high.
