Guest guest
After 4 years of chronic pelvic pain I was finally diagnosed with pelvic congestion that was picked up on an ultrasound (i saw it too, kinda hard to miss, lol) Although most days I do fine with the pain, there are days that I just can't seem to fight the depression or be tough about the pain. I know a lot of this is a mental game and was just wondering what all of you do/say to yourselves when you're feeling low? (also, by depression i don't mean the clinical..i've had that too and I promise that's not the rut I'm getting in, it's more a temporary depression caused by the constant stabbing pains and my occasional inability to deal with it...I'm curious what you do to pick yourself up from these bad days) thanks
