I agree fully and reiterate the point that how you achieve those ideals is going to be different for each provider and each communityyes/no staff - yes/no insurance - yes/no whatever else are the tools you need to decide how to get there but if one is in a system that doesn't place those ideals as a priority then it's time to move on
