Sounds great, - except many of us who would like to ride a bike (myself included) find it completely outta the question. I couldn't balance a bicycle to get away if the 4 horsemen were chasing me. Which is really too bad cuz it is a great and enjoyable way to exercise. Needless to say, my fantasy of being like Steve McQueen with his Indian (Norton?) in The Great Escape isn't likely to happen either. I try to walk when I can, but the ground always seems to be racing past much faster than I want it to. That's why running is out of the question - even if it was safe. I find the safest exercise is to lie on the couch and *will* the extra weight to go away. Mind you, it doesn't work remarkably well since I keep forgetting to concentrate on the task :-) ronny World ACM Association http://www.pressenter.com/~wacma
